How am I different from other real estate agents?

I have built my business by concentrating on the Keller Williams core values and applying them to life-long relationships with my clients and colleagues.  The KW belief system is simplified by the acronym: WI4C2TS

 Experience

 I joined the Keller Williams family in December of 2000. Although I was new to the real estate industry in Michigan, I started my real estate career in Virginia , where I was a financial advisor for several local and nation-wide builders.  I was selected to manage the Dexter Keller Williams office in May, 2004. I am proud to  say that under my leadership, the Dexter office has participated in several community out-reach activities, including Senior Center Blood Drives, Adopt-a-Family, Toys for Tots, tent sale (together with the Ann Arbor office)-- with the proceeds donated to Hurricane Katrina survivors.  In addition, I am an active member of the Market Center 's Agent Leadership Council (ALC) where the top selling agents help set policy with the owners and managers.  I am a member of the Dexter Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors, Professional Standards Committee.

 Expertise

 Currently I have listings in Ann Arbor, Dexter, Chelsea, Grass Lake and Jackson .  My primary focus has been residential real estate sales, however I have also listed and sold a restaurant, Bed and Breakfast, duplex, and currently have retail space listed (which is presently a Hardware).

 I have an open door policy with the agents in my office and I am accessible to my clients at all times.

 Awards/Recognition

  In 2001, I earned the "Rookie-of-the-Year" sales award for the Ann Arbor KW Market Center. I received Bronze awards in 2002, 2003 and 2005; and a silver award in 2004.

 Personal

 My home life is busy too!  I am married, with four (teenage) children, three dogs-- a chocolate, black and yellow labs.  And, I actively participate in my children's academic and athletic activities.
